SACS Accreditation

Northern Kentucky University is accredited by the Commission on Colleges (COC) of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) to award undergraduate, graduate, doctorate, and professional degrees.

This site serves as the campus focal point for sharing all the pertinent information involving the reaffirmation process and all important documents: the Compliance Certification report and the Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP).
 
Reaffirmation of accreditation is on a ten-year schedule, and the University was last reaccredited in 1998.  The University is scheduled to complete the reaffirmation process in December, 2009.
